Polo top online ordering now open!

Please go to the online ordering link I sent you via email to order your polo top.

It is so much easier for me if you online order, as you can see the sizes and order other ones all in one place, and I get a spreadsheet of the info all in one place!

Cheers
Dave

Man Down!

posted 20 Mar 2010, 15:05 by John Keat   [ updated 21 Mar 2010, 13:08 ]

Dave Wicks will have his arm in plaster for 6 weeks after falling in a ditch while showing us his new route

This is the moment when the big man fell

Unbelievably he kept running after doing it (and we all laughed).

Hare in limp wrist plaster shock!

Looks like Dave has plenty of "medicine".

Get well soon Dave!

NEW ROUTE!

NEW!

Hares!

Mike Smith and I went for a run today and we were on a mission - to seek out new paths, to boldy (or Tug, baldly!) go where no Hare has gone before - to infinity and beyond!

Ok, well not to infinity, but, as we will reveal on Saturday when we take the new route, to at least Sutton Road and on to Christian Malford!

So be there at the church at 9am as per usual as we launch the new route, named "the lucky horseshoe" by Mike and myself!

P.S. It' an ok route, even for the "turn right in/after the woods" hares! And it's flat - "say no to Rodbourne!"

P.P.S. JK, can we Google map it after we do it please?!

Well done to Tug and Mike who both completed the Bath Half Marathon with very respectable times of 1hr 43 mins and 1hr 52 mins respectively.
Well done Hares!

Calne 10k

posted 14 Feb 2010, 11:31 by Simon Kingsley

Benger Hares are looking to enter a team into the Calne 10k to be run round the picturesque Bowood Estate on the morning of Sunday 11 April 2010. A good opportunity to show off the spangly new tops and impress non-hares (rabbits?).
Guest runners welcome, rumour has it that Chris 'Lanky' Watchman will be there, no doubt following in the slipstream of his dad Hugh.

Entry forms available from calnefunrun@aol.com.

It's here Hares!

The new Benger Hares top is here and it has been seen by Tug and Mike Smith - both approve!

Watch this space for delivery and final pricing -

not long to go before we all model them! I am in Austria for two Saturdays, but will be back soon with a load of merchandise!!

The new tops - an update!

posted 5 Feb 2010, 09:26 by Unknown user   [ updated 6 Feb 2010, 09:24 ]

After much hassle and deliberation over embroidery and printing, the prototype top is now in production as we speak at a firm in Nottingham
As soon as it arrives I will approve it and order them for all of us! I've gone for all printed, not embroidered.
So not long to go gents before the camera comes out on a Saturday morning at the corner by the church - preferably before the run shots are better than after...maybe even some muddy action shots in the woods as we go round...no, that just sounds dodgy!
